When I started radiation I wasn’t ready to talk others in the waiting room, so I downloaded some games on my cell phone to help pass the time while I waited. You may want to bring something to keep your mind occupied while waiting for treatment.

I asked that only women be in the room when they positioned me for radiation. It was no big deal; nobody was insulted.
